The Wild Ginger Inn has a few Garden level rooms which are available for monthly rental utilities and tax included.   Rates are:

• $846.00 - Monthly short term for two adults, 1 full or 2 single size beds
• $679.18 - Monthly short term for one adult, 1 full size bed

Requirements: 

• Copy of I.D. or Drivers License
• Proof of income
• First and last month rent

Room Amenities:

• Queen, Full Size, Twin Bed
• Private Bathroom and Shower
• Mini refrigerator
• Microwave
• Cable TV
• A set of Linen and Towels

There is no maid or laundry service. Also an optional Continental Hawaiian breakfast is available for $2 dollar per person a day.

These rentals are handy for people who like to stay an extended length of time when traveling.  Or people who are considering moving to the Big Island.

Cooking & Groceries:

An outdoor community kitchen is at the Garden Level.  Availble for use is the barbecue area with propane and charcoal grills, a propane burner, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and sink with hot and cold running water. 

There are many economical places to eat in the neighborhood and the grocery store is 3 blocks away.
